SB Legal Funding · Operating guide
Twenty is now the go-forward source for every Funding. Start in the Pipeline, update the record when the work changes, and use tasks for anything that needs a future touch.
The operating loop
You do not need to use every Twenty feature. These are the surfaces that run the day.
Open Funding Pipeline. Review In Review and Contracts Out. Look for stalled work.
Open the record. Update lender, dates, missing information, and the current status.
If follow-up happens later, create a task. If the outcome changed, move the stage now.
Direct entry
Use the smallest useful record. Add detail as the case develops; do not wait for perfect information.
